TL;DR — 14-day money-back guarantee on any new subscription. Email jaiveer@the-ledger-app.com with your order ID and we'll process the refund. No interrogation, no hoops.

Eligibility

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, whether monthly or annual. Renewals (the second monthly billing cycle, the second annual billing cycle, etc.) are not refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time and keep access until the end of the current period.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days. The funds typically appear on your card within an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal link in your purchase confirmation email, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
